First Conference of Romanian Society of Rheology

New Trends in Complex Fluids Modeling – CFM 2009

During 18 – 21 June, 2009, in BRAN (Brasov) will take place the first scientific international meeting organized by the Romanian Society of Rheology, in collaboration with CNCSIS and Politehnica University Bucharest.

The final program and the list of participants will be available at the beginning of May.

The purpose of this workshop is to define current topics in rheology, which Romanian research groups can approach at high professional level. The main objective of the workshop is to develop an favorable environment for the research in the field of complex fluids for Romanian PhD students and join research plans of the institutions that participate to national common topics, compatible to current directions established at international level.

Also, this workshop is the first scientific international meeting organized by the Romanian Society of Rheology, which will be integrated to the European Society of Rheology and to the International Committee of Rheology. Several representatives of these organisms will be present at the meeting.
